Oscar & Zo began in the quiet moments of home

Oscar & Zo began not in a boardroom or laboratory, but on the floor of a home, with two French Bulldogs at our feet, exhaling into the late afternoon light. Their names became our name. Oscar, quiet and observant. Zo, playful and grounding. Together, they became the rhythm behind every product we now create.

Founded by veterinarian Dr. David Watkins, Oscar & Zo was born from years spent caring for animals and understanding the trust placed in that relationship. We saw an opportunity to create products that combined clinical expertise with a more thoughtful, sensory approach to everyday pet care.

Our story began with scent.

Not perfume designed to overwhelm, but gentle, water-based fragrances created to refresh, comfort, and belong naturally within the spaces we share with our pets. Inspired by the Australian landscape, each scent draws from memories of place. Rain settling over rainforest leaves, warm earth beneath an open sky, salt carried on a coastal breeze.

Every ingredient is chosen with intention, guided by veterinary knowledge and a commitment to what is safe for sensitive pets.

Over time, that vision grew beyond fragrance.
