We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:

Shipping timeframes are estimates and do not include dispatch time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 pm Friday, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next business day (usually Monday or Tuesday).

Tracking & Delivery

  • All parcels include tracking via Australia Post.

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Signature on Delivery is available at checkout for $2.95. If selected, someone must be present to sign.

  • If you select Authority to Leave, Oscar & Zo is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered.

  • Express Post is available at checkout for $15.95 (flat rate).

Shipping Protection

  • Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.

  • Covers loss or damage in transit from dispatch until your parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post.

  • Protection ends once delivery is confirmed (via signature or Authority to Leave).

  • Claims are processed by our team and lodged directly with Australia Post under their Extra Cover policy.

  • We recommend selecting Shipping Protection for orders over $100 or where secure delivery is a priority.

  • If Shipping Protection is not selected, Oscar & Zo cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Oscar & Zo may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it. You will be notified, but we cannot provide compensation for any loss, inconvenience, or expenses caused by cancellations.

FAQ

  • What happens if I order on a Friday?
    Orders placed after 12 pm Friday are packed the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on volume.

  • Can I choose not to sign for my delivery?
    Yes. You can select Authority to Leave, but Oscar & Zo is not responsible once the parcel is delivered.

  • Do you offer Express Post?
    Yes. Express is available at checkout for $15.95, regardless of order value.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet. We currently ship Australia-wide only.
